trading as Joy of Yarn 2008 Ltd. All the information contained in this website including the website design, graphics, logos, images and text remains the property of Joy of Yarn or it’s content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
By placing an order on this website you are accepting the terms, conditions and prices as provided on this website.
As Joy of Yarn is based in
the all the prices displayed are in
dollars. If you are making a purchase from another country and are uncertain of the approximate exchange rate at the time of your purchase it is advisable that you check the indicative rates with your Bank or Credit Card provider first. Don’t get scared, when you make the conversion to your own currency I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised.
A great deal of effort has gone into presenting the colour of the yarns as accurately as possible on this website. However, depending on the monitor you are using and the batch nature of hand dyed yarns, there may be some colour variation to that of the actual yarn.
DIRECT CREDIT / BANK DEPOSIT You can deposit funds directly into the Joy of Yarn bank account through your bank or by using internet banking. Please use the contact us page to provide your contact details and list what you wish to purchase. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order, with an order number along with the amount of the transaction and providing you with the relevant bank account details. Please remember to include your order number and name in the reference fields for the transaction. Your order will be dispatched once the funds are received into the Joy of Yarn bank account.
CHEQUE We are happy to accept personal cheques. Please use the contact us page to provide your contact details and list what you wish to purchase. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order, with an order number, the amount of the transaction along with advice on how to make your cheque payment more secure in the mail. Your order will be dispatched once the cheque has been deposited into the Joy of Yarn bank account and the funds are cleared. (This can take up to five working days)
AND OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS:
CREDIT CARD We are happy to accept payment by Visa or MasterCard. Please use the shopping cart provided in the online store and proceed to the checkout where the transaction will be processed by Paypal. If you wish to pay by credit card but do not want to divulge your credit card details online use the contact us page to provide your contact details and list what you wish to purchase. I will make contact with you to arrange payment either over the phone or by mail. These transactions will be processed using the e-Gate service provided by ANZ Bank. Your order will be dispatched as soon as your credit card has been successfully charged.
PAYPAL We are happy to accept payment via Paypal accounts. Please use the shopping cart provided in the online store and proceed to the checkout where the transaction will be processed by Paypal.
Please note… we do not recommend that you send cash via the mail service or otherwise and we accept no liability if you do so and the funds are not received.
POSTAGE AND HANDLING CHARGES:
We use the Parcel Post Tracked service provided by New Zealand Post which offers a targeted delivery time frame of 1 3 working days and for orders with a total weight of up to 1.5kg the charge is $6:00.
We use the international postal services provided by New Zealand Post.
International Air offers a targeted delivery time frame of 3 10 working days and for orders with a total weight of up to 0.5kg the charge is $10:00.
International Economy offers a targeted delivery time frame of 10 25 working days and for orders up to 0.5kg the charge is $7:50
REST OF THE WORLD We use the international postal services provided by New Zealand Post.
International Air offers a targeted delivery time frame of 3 10 working days and for orders with a total weight of up to 0.5kg the charge is $17:50.
International Economy offers a targeted delivery time frame of 10 25 working days and for orders up to 0.5kg the charge is $15:00.
My aim is to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. Should there be any delay I will notify you and get the order to you as soon as I am able.
REFUND & RETURNS POLICY:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact me immediately by using the contact us page so that we can discuss the issue and resolve it. I stand by the quality of these products so if the product you receive is not up to standard please let me know. Likewise if the product is delivered to you in a damaged state please let me know as soon as possible so that I can remedy the situation. New Zealand customers are protected by the terms of the Consumer Guarantees Act and wherever appropriate these principles will be applied to customers from outside New Zealand. A point to note under this legislation is that changing one’s mind about a product is not reason enough to request a refund or exchange.
